SUMMARY:Second Annual St Paddy’s Invitational
DESCRIPTION:🍀 Join us at the St. Paddy’s Day Pickleball Tournament for a day of spirited play\, green fun\, and a big heart! All proceeds support the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women. Let’s play for a purpose and make every swing count. Each participant is guaranteed 4 games (13 max)\, commemorative t-shirt\, food\, drinks\, & music. \n📅 When: Saturday (03/16/24) & Sunday (03/17/24)\n📍 Where: Ohio Valley Pickleball Club\n💰 Cost: $40/player\n🔴 Register: 15 spots per skill level \n🎁 Not Participating but want to donate? Please follow the below link to donate to this great cause!\nWomen of Impact Ohio Valley\, WV \n⛰️ Skill Levels:\nTo ensure a dynamic and engaging experience\, there’s a maximum limit of 15 participants per skill level. So\, secure your spot early\, bring your A-game\nSocial Level: – Date: Saturday\, 03/16 – Time: 8:30 AM\nBeginner Level (3.0+): – Date: Saturday\, 03/16 – Time: 1:00 PM\nIntermediate Level (3.5+): – Date: Sunday\, 03/17 – Time: 12:30 PM \n🎾 Format Breakdown\nRound 1 \n\n5 Players Randomly Assigned to each court\nPlayers will be assigned spots 1-5. A round robin sheet will be used to determine game matchups\nYou will play with everyone as your partner once\nGames to 11 straight\nPlayer’s score individually based on total points scored + 2 points per Win\n\nie. Player1 scores\, 15-12\, 15-11\, 10-15\, 3-15. Player1 round 1 score = 47\n\n\nTop 12 scoring players on all Courts advance to Round 2\n\nRound 2 \n\n4 Players Randomly Assigned to Each Court\nPlayers will be assigned spots 1-4. A round robin sheet will be used to determine game matchups\nGames to 11 straight\nPlayer’s score based on points scored + 2 points per Win\nTop 8 overall players on all Courts advance to Round 3\n\nRound 3 \n\n4 Players Randomly assigned to 2 Courts\nPlayers will be assigned spots 1-4. A round robin sheet will be used to determine game matchups\nGames to 11 straight\nPlayer’s score based on points scored + 2 points per Win\nTop 4 overall players on all Courts advance to Round 4\n\nRound 4 \n\n4 players assigned to Center Court\nPlay with everyone as your partner\nGames to 11 straight\nPlayer’s score based on points scored + 2 points per Win\n\nTiebreakers \n\nTotal Wins (cumulative not per round)\n“Highest” Lowest Points scored in a game in any round\nSingles rally match to 3 OR coin toss\n\n👋 Why Join:\nWe’re not just playing for victory on the courts – all proceeds from this festive competition go towards a great cause.
