Club Membership is now priced at an annual fee of $35 for members. This membership provides comprehensive access to all Club offerings, including the privilege of reserving court times and participating in various club events such as DUPR sessions, leagues, training, tournaments, and more. To access Club amenities, it is essential for all players to maintain an active club membership. For more information on billing please see “What is batch billing?”.
A Season Pass provides you with complimentary access to all court reservations and scheduled events for the duration of your pass. Additionally, you can book court reservations up to 7 days in advance and enjoy the privilege of bringing two free guests with you each month for court reservations.
Every club member is obligated to pay an annual fee of $35. For existing club members, your Club Membership will be effective starting from 11/1/2023. New members will have their membership prorated to encompass the period until the end of October. To be eligible to purchase a Season Pass, club members must uphold an active Club membership, which entails the payment of their annual dues.
For members without a season pass, payment will be on a pay-as-you-go basis. Rather than charging your account for each individual transaction, your monthly charges will be billed during the first week of the following month for the prior month’s activity. To facilitate this billing process, all members must maintain an active payment profile on their account. In the event we encounter difficulties processing a member’s payment, invoices will be emailed, and they will be due upon receipt.

Our Club Memberships are prorated and cover the period from the start of November to the end of October. If you opt for a season pass, it commences on November first and encompasses your annual membership fee. After the season pass expires, you will still have Club Membership access for the remainder of the fiscal year.
As an OVPC Club Member, you gain exclusive access to Oglebay’s 6 outdoor pickleball courts, which are reserved on a scheduled basis for our members. This grants you the opportunity to participate in events and enjoy these outdoor courts during the designated times. Additionally, OVPC members benefit from discounted pass rates at Oglebay.
