Event Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Ohio Valley Pickleball Club, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Please review the following refund guidelines before registering for our events.

100% Refund Policy

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • You cancel your registration 7 days or more before the event date.
75% Refund Policy

You are eligible for a 75% refund if:

  • You cancel your registration less than 3 days before the event date.
0% Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided if:

  • You cancel your registration less than 3 days before the event date.
  • You do not show up for the event without prior notification.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@ovpickleball.com with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
